“ Good service, great homemade food, no frozen soy bean yuck. Burger fresh and homemade slaw. ”
“ Friendly service, juicy burger, located in an unassuming convenience store. No frills-takeout only. ”
“ Drove past here on my way to the airport, turned around.... Thankful we did! The food & service were impeccable. Try the butterbeans, get the fried chicken. The ladies working are more than happy to FEED YOU! Thank you!!! ”
“ Great food, fast. Don't let the exterior fool you. You will get a great meal for a reasonable price. Try the butter beans and pork chop! ”
“ This food is DELICIOUS! Savory -- Southern! There's a que inside, but the line is worth the wait. When you arrive -- you might not think this fueling station has a slice of Southern delight inside -- alas, there it is! Sitting inside the gas station, in the back! When you walk in, get in the line next to the beverage coolers on the left. Next -- you'll order from a delightful young lady at the food bar. I waited about 4 minutes on freshly cooked eggs. She was quick -- and they'll delicious! Then -- circle around opposite the beverage coolers and you'll find a soda and tea fountain. Grab your iced beverage and head on up to find the front register to pay. Clerk is pleasant -- busy, but not too busy to say good day, and be kind during your transaction. Overall -- a delightful experience with a great breakfast meal. Pictured is the Breakfast Platter with Smoked Sausage. Exquisite southern cooking! If you're looking for a great, hidden little place to grab a quick bite of food To-Go -- THIS is your spot! I fully intend on trying lunch AND dinner soon to which I'll leave another two reviews each! My only complaints are: The staff didn't seem to have regards for the masks -- with several ladies wearing them below their noses. I've personally known people who've suffered the worst of COVID, and I personally know people that have died. While hand washing, sanitizing, and glove wearing (in addition to changing gloves often) -- the masks are super important! Especially if you're serving food during a global pandemic. Wether you're concerned personally or not doesn't matter -- what matters is that others DO worry and it's recommended by the CDC -- wear your masks properly. That's all. My only complaint -- wearing the mask below your nose. ”
